No, you do not need any equipment to participate in I Sow Fitness program. Our trainers can design workouts that can be done with little to no equipment. However, if you have access to equipment, we can incorporate it into your workout plan to add variety.
Yes, I Sow Fitness program includes nutrition coaching to help you make healthy choices and reach your fitness goals. Our coaches will work with you to develop a nutrition plan that fits your lifestyle and needs.
